Paulista General Contractors is based in Milford, Massachusetts, and was founded in 2018 by the husband-and-wife team, Vanessa and Jacson.
The company started with a focus on flooring installation. Over time, growing client demand led to an expansion of services and the development of a more comprehensive approach to residential and commercial projects.
In 2024, Paulista GC officially transitioned into a full-service general contracting company, offering complete remodeling solutions for homes and businesses. This shift reflected the company’s natural growth, as it was already managing larger projects like kitchen, bathroom and full interior renovations.
The business continues to be run directly by its founders. Vanessa handles client communication, estimates and administrative oversight, while Jacson leads the construction crews and manages technical execution on-site. This hands-on structure allows for faster decisions, more consistent quality control and direct accountability.
In 2025, the company opened its physical showroom, designed to meet a practical need: giving clients the opportunity to see, touch and compare materials before making final decisions. The space features a curated selection of flooring, cabinetry, finishes and supports the company’s consultative approach to project planning.
